The Rhode Island Division of Insurance website is at http://www.dbr.state.ri.us/divisions/insurance. Annuity investors in the state might want to contact insurance companies directly in order to find information. A search of "annuity" and "annuities" results in information about the state lottery. And, while there is one link to a PDF download entitled "Annuities Consumer Guide", the link does not work.
