Wisconsin Insurance Commissioner
Governor Scott Walker appointed Ted Nickel as Commissioner of Insurance on January 14, 2011. Previously, Mr. Nickel worked as Director of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs at Church Mutual Insurance Company in Merrill. He has also served as Chair of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance and on the board of the Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund. Mr. Nickel holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Valparaiso University.
